“Dylan and Alyssa were working here on Sunday Jan 14th when I stopped in to fuel my wife's caffeine addiction. I got 2 large blacks and half a dozen munchkins. These employees didn't mind me being chatty and smiled the whole time I ranted about my busy day. They followed my instructions and I could tell they had an innate desire to serve people. Hey guys, thanks for kicking it with me and over the course of a year I will be bringing my $1,600.00 in revenue to your place instead of dumb woke starbucks. “I don’t go to Dunkin’s very often but decided to stop in for a couple of donuts this morning. (12/14/23) Drive thru was packed and people still trying to get in so I went inside. Stood in line for 15 mins plus. It was great to see everyone in there working together even though they were swamped. No one was yelling at each other, they seemed to jump in all over to get orders out. No customers were complaining, etc. management should be proud of how their employees handled themselves this morning (and probably most mornings).“
“It was a Dunkin, average Dunkin experience, but they don’t really have a counter to place food and/ or drinks on once they’re don’t so they end up sitting them on a ledge on a swinging gate/half door whatever they would be called. Uhhh other than that good coffee, good food “
“Traveling and just stopped here. This is how all Dunkin's should be run. Greeted fast by friendly people. A full shift of workers all having fun, being super positive and cranking out orders like I have NEVER seen at any fast food place, let alone Dunks. They cleared a super long drive thru line in minutes. I'm sad this isn't a local location for me! 10/10.“
