“This isn't very nice and rather efficient Dunkin donuts smack dab in downtown Annapolis. On top of that, if you have a friend who can wait in the car for you, the other ones of you can be in and out with the order rather quickly.

“Dunkin’ — or as any self‑respectin’ Massachusetts native calls it, D&D — absolutely crushed it today. I walked in, gave ’em my wife’s order, and boom — they had it ready faster than you can say “wicked hot regular.” I swear these folks move with the speed and precision of someone tryin’ to beat traffic on the Pike.

The staff? Friendly as hell. The kind of friendly where you’re like, “Alright, who slipped caffeine into your IV this mornin’?” And the donuts… listen, those things were lookin’ at me like, “C’mon kid, you know you want one.” Absolute temptation. Peak Dunkin’ energy.

Every time I step into a D&D, it’s like my Massachusetts DNA activates. Suddenly I’m back home, tossin’ on a hoodie, grabbin’ a coffee, and pretendin’ I’m not gonna yell at someone for not knowin’ how to merge. For a minute there, I wasn’t just pickin’ up an order — I was a local hero on a classic Dunkin’s run.

“We stopped through as we headed back home to NoVa! Darren was working the beverages and the register so well! I ordered the new Blackberry drink and once received, I was totally disappointed. The drinks artificial sweetener was too much so I brought it back up to the counter and Darren immediately asked for my replacement drink. He was kind and understanding but most importantly, willing to assist. I got a coffee and he shares a drink order if I enjoy black tea. He gave me a sample of Black Cherry and Black Tea and it created a delicious balance. When I get home, I will definitely ask for the new order. “I travel a lot for work and was in Annapolis and needed coffee. Most fast food places I go are either short staffed or every one seems miserable. The Team at this Dunkin works really well together, and every one genuinely seemed to like their job. The coffee was hot (not burnt) and the sandwich was tasty. Great experience.“

“Love this Dunkin, excellent customer service, food is always made correct, my iced and hot coffee is always delicious. My blueberry muffins are always hot and fresh. The owner gifted me a mug and key chains bc i treated a homeless lady before. Only Dunkin I will spend my money at. Great job everyone. Parking is a little crazy at times but that’s okay bc the customer service makes up for it.“

I came back the next day to get it sorted out, and Sudha Patel went completely above and beyond. Instead of treating it like just another complaint, she took it personally and made it her absolute duty to make things right for me. I truly appreciate her incredible attitude and care.
