“Workers in drive thru can use some better customer service training. Also when the app messes up they never know what to do...in my experience and opinion, the customer is always right and if they have a coupon thats valid it should be honored.“

“Fastest Dunkin' in town. Very, very, very stable products and procedures. Very, very, very consistent. I love this Dunkin'. I also love the other one in town. Same thing, compared to other dunkins that I've been to, they're both amazing. I think they might be owned by the same person or maybe managed by the same management company or something. I don't know, but both have great quick service and the orders are perfect every time it's Always a great experience either one....“
