“I went during a Sunday morning rush, and clearly had not had coffee yet so I was slow ordering. The lady was direct and guided me appropriately. I was nervous about my order since I was a little rushed but it was so yummy and the wait time was minimal concerning how busy inside and at the drive through they were.“

“I highly recommend this Dunkin Donuts site for both families and students alike. It is a very lively atmosphere, but also peaceful and casual enough for both socializing and studying. I have nothing but praise for the customer service and vibe here. It is the perfect University of Delaware/Newark community hub and I encourage all students and/or their families to give this site their business.“

“I don't go here often but when I do go (like this morning 615 am) the girl cashier is very rude with a nasty attitude and not helpful at all. And I kindly let her know and hopefully her managers have a talk with her bc it's getting ridiculous...coffee wasn't that great either. Thank goodness it was free.“

“We had an excellent experience at this location. Our breakfast sandwiches were hot and fresh and the lady serving was kind and made sure we had what we needed. The coffee was delicious and made perfectly. Five stars and we just randomly stopped here during a road trip. There's not a drive-through, but we ordered ahead on the app and it was easy to retrieve.“

“Consider me a loyal customer. As far as I'm concerned, this is the ONLY Dunkin that gets their orders right and always make my coffee to perfection. I'm picky when it comes to my coffee and certain things I can't consume. “☕️? Fast, fresh & mobile! We got Dunkin’s Hot Coffee Box (serves 10) and a dozen assorted D?nuts! Perfect morning pick me up as we set up for our summer community service initiative! Donuts were yummy and our Coffee stayed hot for hours! The staff was so kind and helpful - they made sure we had all the coffee essentials packed before we left. ?☕️?☕️?

“This is the best Dunkin around, I love coming here. I normally get the avocado toast with bacon. Every mouthful has the best crumbly bacon. Theres times I don’t get bacon, therefore can be vegetarian.
I normally just walk in and Kabir the manager is friendly and pleasant, he can make you smile or laugh but always professional, always smiling and always knows my order especially my drink. I never have any complaints either and it’s always very clean. Everyone else is very friendly as well. They aim to please in my opinion also. A very satisfying experience, a stop you must try😊 if you can. I’ll come back to this post and add a picture, I forgotten, already started eating my avocado toast. So so yummy, I went back for another ❤️
I literally will pass other locations just come here. I love the welcoming atmosphere and comfort I feel when I walk in. If you haven’t been already, you should stop by try that avocado toast best crumbly bacon in every bite ❤️❤️“

“It's a dunkin with a small town feel. Stop there sporadically before work but always a familiar face working. Owners are great with customer service and had an order come out wrong but immediately fixed and given the extra coffee. Doughnuts and bagels are what's expected and no complaints there

Parking: It's in a shopping center so all available types of parking. Generally there early morning so not much traffic.“

“There isn't really much to say nowadays about dunkin since it tastes pretty much the same everywhere I go. This location specifically can get a bit busy so I highly recommend using the app. The workers here do a good job despite the demand. The store is pretty clean most of the time and the workers are pretty nice. The only problem with the app at this location is it does not offer a lot of the donuts that are physically in store. I tried to get a standard vanilla frosted with sprinkles but it always shows as unavailable at this location. They also got rid of the 3 count munchkin option not sure why that's gone on the app. Please have the manager or whoever work on the app because there are few inconsistencies.“

“Great and friendly staff. Loved the coffee and the bagel 🥯 and donuts. 🍩 Wife had a great time inside as well! They had a cute Munkins OZ tin but $10 for the tin was too much 😂 EMS drove by and got coffee and ignored my crazy 🤪 butt in the side of the road with no shoes. 👞

“Love this place. The people who work there are pleasant and welcoming. The food is tasty and made well. It is clean. I love my Iced Caramel Latte with whipped cream, sweet.You won't be disappointed, the donuts and muffins are superb! ?“

“I have seen so many bad reviews about this Dunkin location. I visit here EVERYDAY ! between 5-5:30. I have ALWAYS gotten great service here, fast - reliable and very kind folks here. Lastnight i stopped bye late after work about 6pm Stephanie was kind - quick and made the best kick-ass Mocha latte i have ever had. I continue to visit here and just cant get over all the negativity. MY hats off to the very early morning staff as they do a great job everyday ! I will visit with Stephanie every chance i get. Thank you !!!“
