If you're looking for old stale donuts this is the place to go! Two weeks in a row bought half a dozen , both times stale! I tried to contact them but wouldn't answer. I miss the days when Dunkin was owned by decent people.
I use to go to Dunkin Donuts and this location daily. I came in today it's changed. No more friendly staff, no more customer service, okay very little. I tryed the new computer screen but gave up on it as it would not let me order a bagel. I went to the counter, made my order but felt guilty that everyone else used cell phone apps. My experience is I will not come back, what made DD good was customer service and that is gone. It's sad but if I need a coffee ill go to a gas station...read full review
I ordered ahead of time. Usually when I come here, my order is fine but today they were extremely busy.
