We make efforts to express ourselves correctly (being French). The waiter was dismissive to us (rolls his eyes when we speak) and made no effort to understand that XL and large mean exactly the same thing. Change jobs, clearly.
I honestly very rarely leave a bad review unless I have to. This place blew my mind. It was 7:30 PM when I stopped here with my kids. We ordered $40 worth of food. They got our order wrong which is ok. That happens and I won’t hold it against them. But the service was something else. I patiently waited for a sandwich. This isn’t specific to this location but most Dunkin’ teas recently have had a weird chemical-like flavor. My chai latte was no different. It was surprised by how quick the service at this location was tho.
