Very bad service. It took forever to get my drink. When I got it, it wasn’t mixed correctly and tasted awful. Despite the cup literally saying “Love your order or we’ll remake it”, I said that it didn’t taste right and the employee stared at me like I was crazy when I asked him to remake it, and he refused. I would have asked for my money back but the customer service here is so incompetent it’s not worth it, so I’m leaving this review...read full review

served us an order with a 1 digit difference from someone else directly to our faces and we hadn’t noticed the difference in drinks due to being on the road for a while. When we asked why our hot drink had ice in it they revealed it wasn’t ours so we apologize and returned it.
