I have tried to order at this dunkin on about 5 different occasions. I was only successful on 1, due to them being out of food items constantly. This is after waiting several minutes to be acknowledged by staff.
Normally I wouldn’t have anything bad to say about this Dunkin but today’s events have me utterly frustrated. I placed a mobile order about 15 minutes before I picked it up. It was a single cup of coffee. When I got to the Dunkin it was mobbed with students from the school across the street. I asked staff repeatedly if my mobile order was ready and was completely ignored. I stood there for 15 minutes and nothing. So total 25 minutes for a single cup of coffee.
