Dunkin' Donuts in Downingtown

“I have been coming here for years. And always get the best customer service. I actually most of the time drive out of my way just to go to this Dunkin because of how superior it is in my opinion to others in the area. Staff is great and consistency with food and drinks are always perfect.“

“I can't believe I'm giving a Dunkin' a 5-star review. Just came here out of necessity to work while I waited for my car to get inspected, and ended being very pleasantly surprised. The whole place has been renovated and is really a nice environment and atmosphere for work. The donuts looked fresh, but I didn't get any. I got an iced coffee, and it was miles better than iced coffee used to be at Dunkin'. I'm excited to try their iced coffee with blueberry flavoring and cream next time. They also have order kiosks - the whole experience feels modern and much more chic than I ever thought possible with Dunkin', which I usually associate with lameness and expensive but old-feeling stuff.“

“The family that runs this one is very nice. Double check your drink orders dough. If you are ordering a fancy latte for someone or yourself, make sure they don't forget to include the extra ingredient for whatever you're requesting. Example, if you order a vanilla latte and want pumpkin added to it, just double-check that they put the pumpkin in it before you leave. This is not a negative dig on anybody working inside because they are used to making standard drinks all the time. So if you order something fancy or complicated, just know they don't make your particular drink all the time and people make mistakes. Remember to be kind to everyone, this family is very kind.“

“We were there today and went inside. There were only two young ladies working. They were working hard, I give them a lot of credit. Our drinks were delicious. Despite a drive through line and counter line.

Shame on management for staffing only two workers with no support help.“
