“THANK YOU! I placed my mobile order half asleep and headed to a friend's house to walk a doggo. Needless to say my brain screamed when I realized I didn't place it at the dunkin I was at. Long short, I walk the dog. Head home. Decided to stop by and see if my order was somehow at this location.
It was! This is my FAVORITE Dunkin by the way! Not only was it fresh and ready, they brought it out to me when I pulled up! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Humanity thanks you! Trust me, without coffee I am a menace...thank you! Give them all raises!“

She makes going to Duncan in the morning extra fun. Good food. Good donuts. Reliable in getting your order right most of the time. Good customer service and willing to correct any occasional errors.“

Finally a Dunkin’ That Gets It Right!
I’ve had hit-or-miss experiences at other Dunkin’ locations, but this one got everything exactly right. My coffee had the perfect balance — not too much cream, not too little sugar (which is rare!). I also ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant, and it was cooked perfectly — honestly tasted better than I’ve had at any other Dunkin’. Fast, friendly service too. Definitely my go-to spot from now on.“
“Service with a smile and good sense of humor ?. It was pouring down raining when I got to the drive thru . The guy waiting on me made light of it and served me without skipping a beat . The coffee was made perfectly and hot . If I'm ever in that area I'll go back if I'm needing my coffee fix ?“
“Such a different experience compared to other locations nearby. The moment you walk in, people hold the door and say “good morning,” and the whole place just feels welcoming. The staff is friendly, quick, and on top of the orders. Last time we were there they even gave us free Dunkin pens, which was a really nice touch. This is the Dunkin we’ll keep coming back to.“
