Just for the record, I came on a busy busy day. The person who took my order his name was Charlie very Nice and calm under pressure even though it was busy had a smallest face good man I ordered the regular cheesesteak and six sweet teriyaki wings. I spent about $19 in total. Food was good, ready quickly and as ordered. But obviously ignoring safety rules by using the emergency exit as storage sure makes me wonder what other rules you are ignoring behind the scenes.
This was my first experience. Ordered delivery for lunch. My boneless wings and fries were packaged in drinking cups which I find odd since my other coworkers orders came in boxes. We ordered dipping sauces that we had to pay extra for and none of us got any sauces. If you are going to make people pay extra for sauces for their wings and other items then at least have common decency to make sure it is in the order before it is delivered. My fries were cold.
