McDonald's in Salisbury

“Quickest service we've ever received. Kindest employees. We ended up ordering so many separate orders - and I chose pick up counter - but they ended up seeing our pattern and brought the food right to the table with a smile. Treated our kids very well too. You just don't see this everywhere anymore.“

“I just felt it was important to let everyone associated with this company now that you have an absolute Rockstar working here. I came in this morning for breakfast and I noticed a little blonde-haired lady with glasses hustling. Just hustle in the whole time I watched her take food trays out to people who were in the drive-thru I saw her cleaning the feet on the stools and the tops of the tables. I listen to her having kind conversations with customers and co-workers. She was friendly to me in a moment where I was feeling like I needed it. I gave her a tip. You guys should give her a raise.“

“We ordered ahead of time and the food was still fresh, fries were hot and salted, and the manager was very nice and even learned my name from the mobile order. Soda machines are cool too and the music in the back was great.

10/10 no complaints.“

“Tonight was a very busy night, I'm pretty sure that they were understaffed. I tried to order a mcdouble meal in the drive thru and apparently it didn't exist anymore so I just got fries and a coke no sandwich with the the other meals I ordered. The receipt tape was out of ink so I didn't know when I went back in to let them know I had a missing sandwich. Chloe was very sweet and understanding. Even though the misunderstanding was more on my part she handled it so well and made sure I got my order. Meanwhile there were so many people coming in with all kinds of issues she was kind, calm, collected. I don't know how one handles so much, I hope McDonald's sees the gem that Chloe is to her co-workers and customers. People like her in this business are far and few in between. I will be in again, and would like to personally thank her one more time!!!“
