“This is hands down one of the most well run location in the country. They are fast, courteous and food is always hot and order is right. Even the younger employees are professional. Other locations will serve older fries or food that has been sitting for extended periods of time. This location does not, it's incredible“
“There was a worker named Adrian who just served me and she had potential to be the greatest worker of all time no joke. It was midnight and kinda busy and I pulled up to get my food and she instantly got on it and solved my problems, very quickly, and while is was busy. I was extremely pleased I was able to get served by her and I would 1000% recommend her services to anyone and everyone. 10/10“
“I came in around 11:40 on Saturday, March28,2026 to get my chocolate chip cookies. A young associate named Alayna came to the register and greeted me. From the beginning of the transaction to the end, she gave the most excellent customer service ever!! She defintely deserves a raise , or some type of recognition“
“Don't know which Mcds this is, but if it's the one on Forrest Ave decent service food is hot, most of the time when I go around 330 400 there is a line but they are pretty quick. If this is the one on Bay Rd the first girl at window always act like she has an attitude or she is really doing you a favor. No customer service skills at all“
“It is a clean amd open calm environment. Prices are cheaper here then most McDonald's in delaware. The only issue is that I have with this is that there is only a half price of cheese. That's cheap.. with the price as high as it is nothing should be made cheap.
