I usually go here before 2:00pm. Morning shift manager and crew is awesome. Friendly and a hustler to get stuff done. Now let’s talk about today 7/20. Counter is busy. People tripping over each other in the back for drive through. One guy on the counter is taking orders and putting them together. I had to ask a question about the app and when the very tall dark hair manager walk near, I asked her my question bc I unknowingly hit a button that gave me a rewards code not a pick up code. After I asked her how to fix it, she looked at me like I had six heads. I had to bite my tongue.
5 star for am shift- This is from 2 months before today visits. The employees are great. Food is quick and hot. Very well run McDonalds all the way.“
