“This McDonald’s location is very organized and truly give you everything in your order unlike others that forget the sauce or don’t give your straws or didn’t give you a hole meal. The only problem is once you get to the window to grab your food they person there is always hiding their face behind the other glass that doesn’t move and it feels very uncomfortable at times but the cashiers always have great attitudes, are very sweet and kind .“

“I walked into McDonald’s and was instantly greeted by Diana, who clearly runs the place on good vibes and great service. I was taking my sweet time at the kiosk, debating life’s hardest question, McMuffin or pancakes, and she kindly checked in to see if I needed help. She asked how my food was made sure everything was good, and just when I thought the service couldn’t get better, she even offered to take my tray as I headed to the trash. I barely had time to say goodbye to my hash brown.

The whole experience felt welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely pleasant. Diana went above and beyond, and it honestly made my day. Keep up the amazing work. I’ll definitely be back to this location, hopefully with a quicker decision at the kiosk next time.“

“Had a small problem that was promptly and professionally handled by not only the employee in the drive through window but also the manager. They displayed great communication and professional courtesy to keep up with high customer satisfaction. Manager of this location should be proud of how her staff treats its customers. “I haven't been to McDonald's in a dog's age in other words I've been there for a very very long time. I got a Big Mac fries and a banana strawberry smoothie everything was good even the fries without the beef tallow. The Big Mac was a Big Mac“

“This McDonald is deff one of the best I've been to in and around the city. The staff here rocks and really do their best to accommodate you. The walk up window is new to me too and I'm not mad at it at all. Esp when that means I get to have more options when I have to have dinner after midnight and don't feel like cooking lol Foods always good too and the place so far has been very clean like I haven't even sat down to a single crumb at a table at any time of day/night. “Not gonna lie, genuinely impressed with this Mcdonalds because I’ve gone to so many that take forever to complete orders, but they got mine out soooo fast. It was a good flow of cars just going through every few minutes. It was busy for them too.“

“Parking around the drive thru made things a little confusing. There were so many cars parked around the entrance which leads to the drive thru, that I thought about leaving prior to my order because I thought it was a line. I guess they were delivery people.“

“Whoever did the job of hiring the young man that works overnight during the week and drive-through did a great job that dude was a nicest McDonald’s employee I’ve ever encountered in my 32 years of life on this earth. He literally was the nicest person ever you can tell hes one happy soul, I would honestly probably drive an extra 10 minutes if I wanted McDonald’s late night just to go to that one to deal with him we all know how McDonald’s employees are 99% of the time especially drive-through and especially overnight. Thanks man whoever you are keep it up good job on whoever hired him . Reading this five stars doesn’t even do it justice do deserves $500. He was literally so nice that I had to pull over immediately once I left just to make sure I didn’t forget to write this review he deserves all the good reviews and recognition and of course deserves a raise or something positive his way.“

“This is the best around! I went and had the best customer service with a guy named Eric. He was funny, and is the best cook there. The man definitely deserves a raise, he is an example of the model worker everyone wishes to have! There was an issue the store forgot my fries and chicken nuggets, Eric checked the receipt, apologized, and said he would fix it, and made me fresh nuggies and fries! Very positive and professional, appreciate it. Not a common trait nowdays!“

“I swear this Mac Donald’s is way better than the one on Aramingo! The service is fast. The food is always fresh& hot! The younger employees here are respectful , say Ty & you’re welcome! “AMY!!! If it wasn't for Amy having not only amazing customer service skills but she went above and beyond. She was honest kind and courteous. She explained to me why my order would take a while but I was willing to wait because I was doing Uber eats for customers. Amy switched and cleaned the grill from dinner to breakfast as fast as she could just to get my order done. AMY should be running this whole store. She deserves praise and a raise“

“I just want to thank the manager and gentlemen working the drive thru last night around 130am on Nov 9th. I had ice cream on my order forgetting they stop serving it at 10p. I expected nothing but the worse because of how I've been treated by that shift in the past. I was so wrong whomever the manager and worker were went above and beyond to make sure I got something else for my problems. Whomever the workers were should be compensated for their customer service skills.“

“McDonald's the fastest McDonald's drive thru, nearby, We have always received fast, hot, full orders every time we go to this particular fast food restaurant. I ONLY go for the kids, but I am ALWAYS the driver, so my time is calculated, so being able to be served in a timely fashion is very important. I will literally go out of my way just to go to this particular McDonald's because of the quick service. The employees are professional and polite, I highly recommend if going to McDonald's between Cottman & Aramingo to go the distance to this one if time is of the essence..“

“Honestly majority of the staff is amazing except for a few. But I can see why they lack good customer service due to the different type of people who patronize as well as sit in there all day.
I must say the late night crew is a vibe. Thank you Mustafa for being such an amazing night crew worker. Attentive and respectful goes a long way especially when wanting McDonald’s 2 in the am. I got the 5 dollar Mcvalue meal.“

“One of the cleanest I've ever seen in the city, not to mention its fabulous seating area. Food was fresh and hot. I had fries and nuggets.

“this mcdonald’s is new and just opened about a year ago! please do not be deceived by the old reviews. we used to have another one located at this exact spot that got demolished and rebuilt. this new one is very nice and very clean. the service is randomly slow but mainly due to high orders during nights out.“

“Had lunch in the newly renovated McDonald's today. There is still some construction going on, but nothing that will interfere with your enjoyment.
The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. They had even brought our meal out to the table when it was ready.
The food was very fresh and hot. We both had tried the new chicken Big Mac. Both of us had thought it was a chicken burger patty. But, it turns out it's a thin fried chicken cutlet. Although we both enjoyed it, the original Big Mac is still our favorite. Fries were cooked to perfection! McDonald's has the best fries 🍟 😋
The new renovations are nice with modern decor. Gone are the self-help soda machines. They've installed a couple of comfortable Booths, regular tables, and counter height tables with permanent stools. I was just a little too short for the stools, but the booth seating was perfect and comfy. They've done a really nice job. It looks nice and fresh.
They have added a special section on the side for Uber, door dash, and grubhub pickups, which will make it more convenient for them to quickly get in/out.
All in all, they're doing a great job at this location. Thank you 😊“

“Have not been eating fast food, but the other night I stop by this place to get a fish sandwich and fries, the sandwich was great, the fries was the worst have ever have seems like they was already fried and they refried them in Greece, but as for the. Sandwich the break and Fish was on point, the server was friendly, service was fast and efficient“

“I went here with my granddaughter on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at about 9:15 A.M. Clean and ready to serve. Drive through had a few cars in line, and a group 6-7 children and adults were inside, seated, waiting for their orders. I went inside today simply because I needed to use the restroom. Again, everything was clean!“

“I go out of my way to visit this McDonald's instead of the one by my house on Oregon Ave. Sometimes they are a bit on the slow side but they never give me problems and my food is usually fresh. I feel like when it comes to McDonald's standards this location is pretty good.“

“Two stars is what I wanted to have given but because of the customer service I had to upgrade to 3 stars. I usually get ice coffee first in the morning around 7:15-7:25 and meet these two Mexican ladies(cashiers). They’re very welcoming, pay attention and give you exactly what you order. My first day here was horrible as I had to trash the coffee because they added too much sugar (I requested little sugar). Glad that they are making improvements on the food and services.

Kid-friendliness: There are special seats for kids so you don’t have to worry about where your infant going to sit. It’s comfortable. The people are kids friendly“

“First, why doesn’t McDonalds just take milkshakes off the menu? We all know it’s not down…Next, the meth addicts are gone, (meth dispensary 2 blocks away)but there’s no need to go inside anyway because they have NO workers. Usually just one person at the register who is basically there to make you use the self serve kiosk. This seems to be common as McDonalds is phasing out all their workers. When you do go inside, their priority is CLEARLY to serve drive thru and mobile orders. I do drive, but evidently if you don’t, McDonald’s is willing to live without your money, which I don’t have much of a problem with because their prices have become ridiculous?“

The woman working the end of the drive thru where you collect the food tonight around 640pm was wonderful as always. I work nearby, and I'm in here a few times a month. This place can get SO crazy but you know who holds it together? This staff. This crew working here is badass and should be commended for the volume they deal with. They still always manage to kick out ordered accurately, and quickly, even when their screens are working or systems are not working properly.“

“I absolutely Love coming to this location, located on Baltimore Pike across from Giants. There is an employee that works at this location named Dawn who is as Cheerful as the day is long. Always has a smile on her face and extremely well at multitasking. I remember she took our order in drive thru, received the payment, then gave us our food, 2 different windows and all under 5 mins. Never seen such efficiency in my life. She's definitely a Great asset to this company.“
