I was on my way to work and thought it’d be nice to just pick up some breakfast. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my order and my order and being late for work. I didn’t have the time to address the small water cup of oj they gave me with my MEAL. The quality and service continues to decline while the prices and wait rise.
I have been a customer at this McDonald's for quite sometime now(20+ years) and everytime I go, it gets worse and worse. It has hit rock bottom on so many levels.They always forget something and now the milkshake/sundae machine has been down for over week. Unacceptable. They don't want to fix it because it is less work for them.I know it's fast food but damn can anyone in this place have an ounce of work ethic for that extra pay an hour they are giving you. Came to this McDonald’s few years since I’ve came here, the store is very nice and well kept, when I came in, I was greeted kindly by a young man named angel who took my order and he was very helpful and kind, the food came out fast and was very delicious. I loved the customer service Ive gotten and will come here again.
