Very poor attitude. Lisa, the manager, apparently never heard that the customer is always right. I had a free large beverage coming due to all the iced teas and donuts I buy. I made the mistake of not noticing it expires today and sending it to Presidential Plaza with my son. He came back with the tea and a receipt for $3.02.
