“Stopped at McD's on the Whitehorse pike in Berlin, NJ. I accidently ordered a regular hamburger in stead of a double cheese burger. I went back to the register where the manager was standing there and asked if I could exchange my hamburger for my double cheeseburger. I offered to pay the difference of course. He said no problem I'll quickly change it for you and don't worry about the additional cost. He seemed actually happy to help me, and never exhibited any kind of negative vibe at all. it was a wonderful customer service exchange. The date was May 4, 2026 around 1130am. Thank you, manager.“
“Ordered a crocs kids meal double fries with sweet and sour because my son is obsessed with crocs. However upon leaving and checking the kids meal. It had no toy a side of apples and bbq sauce, also the one little thing of fries I did get had like 6 fries in it lol. So I went back through the drive through and with explaining the manager was quick to let me know she had it handled and will make me my correct order. At the first window she handed it to me directly apologized, made sure I checked prior to leaving and gave me a complimentary apple pie for the inconvenience.
Listen we all make mistakes, but this place truly goes above and beyond to correct the issues for the customers benefit! I will continue to be a customer here!“
