“Stopped at McD's on the Whitehorse pike in Berlin, NJ. I accidently ordered a regular hamburger in stead of a double cheese burger. I went back to the register where the manager was standing there and asked if I could exchange my hamburger for my double cheeseburger. I offered to pay the difference of course. He said no problem I'll quickly change it for you and don't worry about the additional cost. He seemed actually happy to help me, and never exhibited any kind of negative vibe at all. it was a wonderful customer service exchange. The date was May 4, 2026 around 1130am. Thank you, manager.“

I ordered the $6 McDouble with no cheese, xtra onions & pickles. He ordered Bacon Caesar Ranch McCrispy meal as is.
My McDouble was delivered, I found no cheese as I always request!!! 🥳 This McDonalds got it right the first time!! I wanted me to let you know The Fries were GOLDEN and PERFECT!!! I don’t know how you made this location such a good experience but you did. Outstanding! This McDonald’s restaurant deserves to be praised for giving us a great experience and I Thank You! It is CLEAN, Employees were polite and courteous.
This McDonald's is located in West Berlin, NJ on route 73 and Highly recommended!
