McDonald's in Pennsauken

“The best thing there is! The service is great, the place is clean and the bathroom has a pleasant smell.
I always customize my sandwiches and everything comes out perfect.
The people who bring the sandwich to the table are also very friendly.“

“I have fixed my stars instead of one I will give it four. Due to the general manager( Areltes ) contacting me and solving the issue . Though I still had to wait a bit for her to come out and very easily distracted . Overall there was an issue it was handled . Moving forward I will just go there in the morning . Seems like all restaurants have the best managers in the mornings . Shift runs right and food comes out. Fresh .

I’ve been coming to this mc Donald’s for years now . What’s the point in lobby being closed if on switch shift you can’t even have a crew manage the floor and handle the line . I say this because I am manager at a restaurant . Add more poeple to nights or fire the crew waited two hour in a line for just two McFlurry. One Oreo one m&m . If I knew I would wait to hours for just two m&m in my ice cream . I could have ate my vanilla ice cream for free at home and just got m&m for 2 bucks and not sown 10 on two McFlurry and didn’t even have m&m on them .
Where is Mariah and Helen they where great workers there I loved to go when they where there everything was fresh and accurate . Disappointed in new managers and owners got it looking all cute inside for no good service . Yall can do better it’s McDonald’s . I wish I would go back but the line is so big and they don’t take separate orders they make u go back around and stay another who knows how long . If you place an order and you went out with your friend and they placed an order to , they make u go around drive through and wait approximately 4-5 hours . This is fast food . Cars should be out in 120seconds . By the way came here tonight July 5th 11:30pm .“
