Just an enjoyably spicy and sweet sandwich! Also, the onion rings were properly fried. No empty dough rings in sight!”

“Not too many bubble tea places down here, and here is one of the few good places. But honestly, I like their popcorn chicken a little more than their drinks. Chicken has a nice crunch, juicy, and well-seasoned. The sauce that comes with it is really good. I don't recommend ordering aloe vera here since it's like mushy and not formed into shape. Pretty spacious place but usually people buy to go.”

“The food and atmosphere here are excellent! I have a thing for really good crispy Vietnamese Rolls (you know, not too greasy and fresh). They did not disappoint here. Crispy and delicious without being greasy and served with the lettuce, carrots and a delicious sauce. Also ordered the Bun Rieu Cua Dong, a really good crab noodle soup. Has such a good meal ordering some things to go before I leave. This would be a great space for a special event too; it's beautiful. Happy I discovered this place!!!”

Yeah, thick with 3 c's.I only ate half for lunch, and I have a big apetite (give me an hour or two and I'll probably go finish it ?). You want to talk about the BEST hoagie spots, to me, this is one of the spots that sets the bar. I don't mind the $12.99 tag on this when you get what you pay for. The roll holds up, the lunch meat is quality, the veg is crisp and delish. Someone tried telling me this place has fallen off and they serve lettuce sandwiches. Naw, this should be the standard if you're going to put the hoagie on a pedestal.”
