I ordered two cheeseburgers, fries and a Coke. The French Fries were cold. I ask for some hot fries, so I had to wait. The fries come and I leave, I get down the street and neither of my burgers were hot and the hamburger bun on one of them was crunchy. It's a dam shame that something so basic could go so wrong. McDonald's has had the same formula for years, yet these silly mistakes keep happening. What is the issue with getting HOT FOOD???
Just order some food thru the mobile app and the white lady with the burgundy shirt was very rude to me she confused me with a doordasher not knowing I was a customer just waiting patiently on her food horrible service took forever to get my food never. Come

If the drive through employee that hands you, your food is having a bad Monday, then she should stay home. I ordered coffee and the coffee look like it was tea. It was so light and she had such an attitude it was ridiculous. Please don't waste your time or money
