It is ridiculous that this place still has the same issues with no resolve year after year. This location has extremely poor customer service. With order after order not being properly fulfilled, under cooked, stale, and thrown together (reference reviews). The management here really needs to be accountable for allowing this to continue. If you dont like your job, find a new one.

If the drive through employee that hands you, your food is having a bad Monday, then she should stay home. I ordered coffee and the coffee look like it was tea. It was so light and she had such an attitude it was ridiculous. Please don't waste your time or money
I ordered two cheeseburgers, fries and a Coke. The French Fries were cold. I ask for some hot fries, so I had to wait. The fries come and I leave, I get down the street and neither of my burgers were hot and the hamburger bun on one of them was crunchy. It's a dam shame that something so basic could go so wrong. McDonald's has had the same formula for years, yet these silly mistakes keep happening. What is the issue with getting HOT FOOD???
