I used a $3 off coupon on the app and whoever filled the order downsized my fries and replaced my soda with a water bottle. The McD's app no longer tells you what restaurant you're ordering from presumably because of shenanigans like this. Seems like they recently started using the same frozen food distributor for chicken nuggets as Burger King so it's like, what even is the point of going here anymore. The customer service at this McDonald’s is horrible. I come here often, and it’s the same thing every time. You say hi, nobody says hi back. You say thank you, and they don’t respond. The woman who is usually at the front drive thru is especially rude, but honestly, the staff in general is unfriendly.

Worst McDonald’s I ever been to the store manager was so clueless and dinning area was so dirty and tables where dirty and floors was even dirty as well . Store manager was having conversations with employees and cursing like now tomorrow . Check your camera at 4 pm Friday May / 8/2026 definitely would never go back to that McDonald’s ever again . Do a better job with staff and management
