After waiting in line for 25 minutes in the drive-through, my order still was wrong and I had to end up going inside. When I went inside one employee stated he’s not getting my items because he’s on break and the other employee who did end up getting my items that were not placed in the bag had a horrible attitude and actually rolled her eyes. This location needs to be either shut down or have entirely new management, I will never come here ever again.

I would not recommend this McDonald’s to anybody. The food was absolutely disgusting I couldn’t even bare to finish it because I felt so sick while eating it. Please save yourself the peace of mind and don’t waste your time waiting in line and getting home to throw your food out.

Just generally every visit I go here there’s something wrong. Examples ; no cheese on sandwich . The dude in the morning working the drive thru needs to be trained on the mc cafe recipes . 3 times now my drink has been nasty when he’s made it . He doesn’t follow any

I made an order on the drive thru, when I started to say my order, the girl said to go to the window, because I can't hear you well, and we will continue the order there. I drove up to the window and she said to me, "Why didn't you order, now you need to go around in a circle and order again", I was shocked, and I told her that I just tried to order, but she told me to go to the window, to which this girl told me that these are not her problems ……. Change the staff!!!!! Just disgusting ?

After waiting 10 minutes after my order was placed I was handed the wrong order. I was then given the right order. Once i got home I “enjoyed” two ice cold cheeseburgers that were put together so sloppily they should have just crushed it all together with a fist, it would have been easier to pick up and probably less ketchup on the top of the bun. Honestly, the burger was a solid 4 inches off of the top bun and the bottom of the bun was further in the opposite direction. No sauce for the nuggets even though the receipt says bbq. No napkins. Apple pie also cold. The nuggets were good but I only ate one because who wants a dry nugget with no sauce. The staff clearly doesn’t care AT ALL. Very disappointing. I know it’s cheap fast food but there used to be a certain standard you could expect. I worked in fast food myself for a few years and there are just some things that are required of you while working. Certain protocols and checks to ensure customers get what they order and have everything they need. All the staff at this location need to be retrained or fired. Like really?? No sauce when ordering nuggets. No napkins when ordering food, especially when you put most of the ketchup on the outside top of the bun. I couldn’t be more disgusted.
