Waited about 20 mins for food, saw so many people who were waiting in line leave cause were taking entirely to long to bag food and take orders, i resorted to ordering in the app just to get my order in
This has to be THE slowest wendys in Philadelphia, it's fast food, should it really take 20 mins to get your food? Had to use the app to order and SEVERAL people that were in line got tired of waiting and left, it's a shame cause I use to really like this store
