It definitely deserves minus 3 more stars
Waited 45minutes for them to tell me the order wasn't there and it was my fault the person I told minute one and every 10minutes my name, but they never checked if they are making it...
They marked my order as completed but never brought me my food. 30 minutes later I had to ask for my order at the counter before they would give it to me.

The Shamrock Shake remains a seasonal favorite that supports a good cause, and occasional issues with bathroom facilities and order accuracy are still possible.
