I don’t understand how you have to employ people that refuse to work…..and have them demand more money to do it. I have read the reviews and gave them two shots. They blew it both times. I can’t believe this place is still in business. Ps, that’s a “big breakfast”, new McDonald’s style.

Super busy on a Sunday night. Waited forever in the drive thru then decided to go in. Another long wait. A few disturbing things. 1) out of all of the employees online 2 ladies had their hair covered. The 3rd girl decided to start taking drive thru orders even though there were people in the store waiting. After she took several people, I asked if I could order( she was using the walk-in register) and completely ignored me. The extra tall guy with the long, two tone dreds that seemed to be doing the uber eats/ door dash orders; 1) had no hair net on. 2) had no gloves on at any point. 3) I actually watched him touch a French fry that was in its cup and on the waiting rack that sits over top of the fry bin, pick that cup plus 3 other cups. Fingers in cups to carry them then proceeded to bag them and send the food out. AsI said, it was super busy and the two ladies( black) were hustling and still stayed polite and patient with the customers.THANK YOU LADIES.

Probably the slowest, most mismanaged, and dirtiest location I’ve ever been to.They are incapable of preparing DoorDash orders properly, and seem to throw a bunch of charred onions in every single plain burger I order.When I’ve visited in person, it’s the worst atmosphere. Looks like a bunch of unsavory people hang around there and the orders almost always take half an hour no matter what.They seriously need to clean up their act.
i do doordash. this location always gives me a problem. they don't make the orders in the order they come in. i waited outside for 45 minutes this time & an employee only came to the window with a handful of bags twice in that time. i wasn't even the one waiting the longest. if you order doordash: for the love of god, order from any other location.
First I went inside to use the bathroom and decided to just go through the drive through since everything was automated inside.No toilet paper in the bathroom.Drive through:The first window employee made eye contact and greeted me appropriately- said I would get my receipt at the second windowWhen we got to the second window, I was handed my bag, no smile or words, no receipt.Opened the bag- all the pies were in just one bag.Ordered two apple pies and strawberries and cream. Instead got the opposite combo.Also no receipt.Not the best experience.

I ordered at the self order post went to thr restroom then stood there for 20 minutes while I watch 5 others get food the whole time the cash seen me order and has been do nothing while others are trying to get orders out I tried to stop a couple employee to ask about my food o response the cashier finally say you have to pay for ypu food first I said my order hasn't even been place even know I received a number (NO) SHE NEW THE HOLE TIME I JUST WALKED OU KEEP YOUR FOOD
