McDonald's in Elkton

“I was there about a week ago after I got off work around 1030 pm it was very busy and only one person was working taking orders then that same person was going to the other window handing out food there were other ppl there but no one was helping I asked her name as she was handling this well and still remained calm and friendly her name is Karen justice and she deserves a promotion or at least a raise. That wasn't fair she was made to keep running back and forth to do multiple people's jobs but she did it anyway and had great customer service skills.“

“I ordered food through the app, picked it up in store and ate inside the McDonald's. The store was very clean. It was quiet in the store. Besides me only a man with his daughter.

Staff was extremely friendly. Food came out within 3 minutes and was fresh and hot. While I was there, they probably prepared a cholocate milkshake for a customer by mistake or that customer changed his mind after ordering and they offered me that milkshake for free. Never had that before and I thank them for that. It not only prevents food waste, it also creates a happy customer, who was already pleased with the quality of the meal. It was way better than most other McDonald's locations, and I have been to hundreds of them. Highly recommend.“
