“They just served me everything I needed without no problem. The other McDonalds claimed I was calling ICE's and I never said that by far. I dont do that type of stuff. “I had children they help with high chairs and cleaning up their mess and they gave us very nice service and was understanding when ordering the building was nice and clean the manager was kind the cashier was crying we had a lovely visit at McDonald's the kids were very happy also“
“This McDonald's location on Concord Pike has great staff members that are very attentive to their customers waiting at the front counter. This location looks great from the nice building, to the inside of McDonald's with the Halo Round Booth as soon as you walk through the 2nd main door. The Halo light is one of a kind at this McDonald's location. I wish I've gotten a picture of the round booth. Keep up the good work on the cleanliness of the store 👍-The food came out Nice and Hot. I've a good experience.“
“I know what you're thinking... a 5 star review for a McDonald's?! But, believe me, I just had drive-through and everything was cooked perfectly, it was fresh, hot, not smooshed or slapdashedly put together, and it tasted fantastic!

“Today's service was great. I met a friendly cashier, we exchanged laughs which set an even tone as I awaited my meal. The meal was just ok. Having to wait at the 3rd window. My fries should have been hot not just warm with crunch. Overall, We liked our experience, we will be back.“
“Restaurant was well kept everyone was very professional. Food was amazing for a McDonald's. The only issue was I need to plug in my laptop so I could get some work done and the power to all the outlets in the dining area were turned off.“
