“I just wanted to take a moment to share the amazing service I received at the McDonald’s located at 700 N. DuPont Highway, New Castle, DE 19720. I went through the drive-thru today (7/20/2025) at 12:48 PM, and I was genuinely impressed.
The staff was incredibly friendly, and the entire crew seemed organized and motivated—they looked like they truly enjoyed working there. Huge props to both the crew and management for maintaining such a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.
My order was handled with great attention to detail, and I felt truly cared for. As I was about to leave, a member of management even offered me the chance to try their new creamy chili sauce—a small gesture, but it really showed the extra effort they put into customer satisfaction.
This is exactly how fast food service should be. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by this location. You won’t regret it!“
“Probably The only McDonalds I’ll go to in Delaware! Always fresh and Spanish friendly. I’ve compared this one to the others and they’re are by far better then the rest. The only thing I would say they would need to work on is the night staff. Very slow and food cold. Good thing I don’t really go during 11-12 at night. Anyways very good during the day!“
“While I don't make a scene when I go inside I rarely have a good experience. The drive through crew is always on top of it. They have that food out in record timing every time. They definitely need to be commended for their fast and friendly service.“
