“This McDonald's location use to have a BIG problem with service when they had a certain night shift manager on staff who was very rude to customers. Well, they must've finally listened to all the complaints and got rid of her, or she quit. Now this location has improved immensely since then. This is my hometown McDonald's so it pleases me to finally be able to give it a 5 star. Don't skip this spot if you're on your way across the bay bridge.“
“Service: it nice pulling into a drivethru and NOT waiting 30 minutes to get your food. I was in and out in about 5 minutes, employees asked me how I was, wished me a nice day, all in all a pleasant experience.(Though at first when I pulled into the drivethru I needed a minute to look at the minute and kindly (I said please) asked for a few minutes. After a minute or two tried to give my order, no response, I said hello 3 times, no response. I had to back up in the drive thru lane, then pull forward again to trigger the motion sensor again where a new person helped me, she was super helpful)Food: I mean, it's McDonald's, you get what you paid for“
“I go here to get an ice cream cone. Sometimes after I work one or both of my jobs and I'm tired and I just want an ice cream cone cuz I was hot. Their cones are always too soft and they fall off the cone into my car. It sucks they can't make a freaking ice cream cone. It's not rocket science. It's an ice cream cone. You don't give people dripping sloppy cones that are small as hell and it doesn't matter what McDonald's I go to around here. It's always the same. They don't want to do it. You get a sloppy melted cone and they just don't care and they're rude about it and when they hand it to you they know it's a trashy cone. They don't care. McDonald's has gone downhill bad or maybe they're just better in Pittsburgh“

THOSE SPICY NUGGETS ARE SO FREAKIN GOOD!!! EASILY THE BEST THING MCDONALD'S HAS NOW!!! ALL THEY NEED NOW IS SPICY TENDERS EXACTLY LIKE THESE AND MANNNNNNN I'LL GET EM EVERY DAY.“
