First time stopping in McDonald's in a while. I love hot fries from McDonald's. Ordered a double cheeseburger and fries. As I paid for my food I asked if tge fries were hot...when I received my food the person handed me my food and disappeared. I didn't have a chance to ask about the fries. Needless to say they were only warm and the burger was slapped together, cheese hanging off, and an additional half slice in the wrapping. Do better McDonald's!

McDonald's, a well-known fast-food restaurant, has had a mixed reception from its customers. While one reviewer fondly remembers the restaurant's previous beachy appearance and the excellent customer service provided by the manager, Isaiah, another customer had a positive experience with the staff during a chaotic situation involving a large group of students. The dining area was reported to be very clean, and staff members were friendly, helpful, and attentive to customer needs. One visitor mentioned that the staff helped with ordering, and when checking the order status, a manager assisted promptly. Staff members frequently checked if customers needed anything, and a staff member named Staci made sure everything was good during the visit. The restaurant is open late, possibly 24 hours, making it a convenient stop for emergencies or bathroom breaks. Customers also appreciated that the restaurant remained clean and the food was hot and tasty, making it one of the better McDonald's locations to visit for food. Overall, the experience at this particular McDonald's appears to be positive, with staff going above and beyond to provide good customer service and accommodate diverse needs.
