I made a mistake using the Burger King app, and instead of just telling me I was wrong, she took the time to answer all of my questions and explain how to use the app correctly. She was patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire interaction.

“Burger King, I'm impressed. I got delivery, so I opened my bag and the first thing I noticed was that the fries were different. I took a taste test and omg, they were so good!
Then, I opened the box for my Wopper and it looked AMAZING! The lettuce was actually fresh. That was the best Wopper I have ver had.
