Tried a Cobb salad, and the new orange Frosty. Dining mate had a single Dave [burger] along with one of the new Frosty. Salad came w/ranch dressing. Food was tasty, but both of us said we would still prefer the chocolate Frosty. Establishment was clean, and the staff were courteous.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible, but a little awkward.
My biggest issue was how dirty and nasty the ladies room was. Paper all over the floor. Toilets had rings in them that could be scrubbed. Floor definitely needed washing. Ketchup containers were opened from the top and looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in a week or longer. Ketchup wouldn't even come out and 2 tiny containers for the Ketchup in the area designated for many more

The phone at both salisbury locations arwnt working and the app doesnt tell you that something is out of stock it really sucks cause I ordered an Orange Shake and they gave me chocolate because the Orange was out of stock and I felt like I wasted my money cause they couldnt give me a refund neither and I didn't eat the chocolate cause I don't like it
