Really good food, authentic Korean place
Been here with my boyfriend many times. We live in delaware so it is a 40min drive to get here and every single time it has been worth the drive. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is always amazing. I will continue to drive 40mins just to eat here, this place is my absolute favorite!!

KOJI is a restaurant in downtown Salisbury, Maryland, offering authentic Korean and Japanese food that is consistently and reliably delicious. The quality of everything is unbelievably good, hitting a mark that so many local spots fail at: consistency. The vibe is very nice, calming, and relaxing.
The menu features a wide range of first-class options. Favorites include the extremely tender and flavorful beef bulgogi, phenomenal short ribs, and pork belly that melts in your mouth. The sushi is an unexpected highlight, with thick pieces of extremely fresh fish and top-notch flavor. Other standout dishes are the Avocado Seared Tuna Salad, Ahi Tuna salad, shrimp tempura, Sweet crispy chicken, bibimbap, and donkatsu. Entrees come with lots of sides like rice, egg, kimchi, noodles, and soup. The tteok (rice cake) is also a favorite.
Portions are huge and everything is very flavorful. The service is excellent: fast, friendly, fun, professional, and attentive without pretense. They treat you like a regular. At the end of the meal, diners receive a complimentary slice of good and soft Korean cake, a light, moist pound cake. With free street parking and a delightful experience, KOJI gets it right every single time.
