Waited out side for ten minutes until after opening time and they still didn’t open the door. The lady who works at the gas station that is attached to it called over there and the Arby’s worker picked up and rudely said “I’m coming” before promptly hanging up. But she still didn’t come and open the door. Hope the owner doesn’t mind losing money because apparently this is a regular occurrence.
second time we've gone through the drive through and things were missing. This time it was the au jus for 2 swiss dip subs and mozzarella sticks. I live in VA so driving all the way back up there would be pointless. Disappointed to say the least
