Ordered take out the last two mornings. Yesterday the empanadas we ordered were available online but when we went to pick up, they told us they were out. Ok, no big deal-got our money back and replaced the food. Today, the same thing happened with sourdough bread for my partner’s sandwich. It is very frustrating and inconvenient when the online menu does not reflect what is available in store.

When I go early in the morning service is good but sometimes my order is wrong or they forget parts of my order. However the service just received this evening was horrible. One employee specifically did not want to help us and was making jokes with the other about it in front of us. I will not be going back there.

Worst customer service experience ever. Fire the whole team. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through and when I pulled up to the windows they had no clue what my order was. This location is horrible. Don't come to this location.

8 times out of 10, u get aggressive employees. They seem to always forget pieces of your order in the drive thru despite charging you for everything. Ex: if u order avocado toast with bacon in drive thru, they will not give u bacon when giving u the food nor provide you a reciept. They will then demand you to reread the food label provided on the food container after refusing to provide a receipt for the order a second time. Then begrudgingly take the food to the back to "fix" the error. No apology, all hostility.

Ordered online but 20 minutes later, order wasn't even started. Then when order was picked up it wasn't even correct. This isn't the first time that this Dunkin has messed up either.

Consistantly rude staff and I never get what I order and pay for. Never experienced worse customer service.
