I can only explain the bad reviews by considering that almost anyone who has a good experience at a Subway doesn't go out of their way to post about it. This Subway is family owned and is extremely friendly. As another poster said, they remember my order and I am also not that frequent a customer.

Although the only Subway in Poolesville, they do not sit on their laurels. I actually drive here from Gaithersburg to get my sub sandwich. The establishment is always clean and the service is quick. When I'm in Poolesville and want a sub I definitely stop here on my way home.
