It took an hour to get two coffees and some food. The store was full of people waiting, very crowded. They don't text you when your order is ready so you just end up going back every 10 mins to see if it's ready. You might as well just doordash another dunkin.

The issue with this place is the kitchen cannot keep up with the demand. Waiting 30 mins for a coffee and 40 for a tea after getting a text saying my order was ready is insane. It’s not the fault of the staff.

every store makes drinks differently. they no longer have a 1800 number so you cant call anyone when you do have issues and our local stores averages about 17 minutes a drink

The Dunkin inside Great Wolf Lodge is pretty much what you’d expect—convenient, but not fast. You can order ahead, and I definitely recommend doing that, though there can still be a bit of a wait. If you walk up and order in person, plan on waiting quite a while longer, especially during busy times. Good for a quick caffeine fix, just budget extra time.

We used the GWL app to order and waited for our message to state it is ready. After a half hour, my husband went down to find it not ready. After they gave him our order and he returned to our room, we found items missing as well as our coffees being just black when we ordered special coffees. They are clearly under staffed and need extra hands. Those working were kind and we felt bad for them

Dunkin' at 1540 Garfield Ave. in DeLand, FL. does not accept U.S. currency. Therefore, I will never be a patron at ANY Dunkin' establishment! I'll do business with companies that accept my American money. It's so disgusting being treated like a citizen living in a communist country! Customer service is just a cliche' phrase to you guys.

An hour to get a coffee. Can’t use the Dunkin mobile app. They stopped serving donuts at 1030am. Lol Long lines long waits just leave hotel and get coffee it will be faster

Folks behind the counter fid fine. The issue is the ordering process. I had to use the kiosk snd all I wanted was two coffees. The process was overly complex and the options weren’t clear. They also don’t open till 0630. I’ll go down the road to Wawa next time.

The Weston Dunkin’ Donuts the young lady was taking my aunt and I ‘s order and then she didn’t tell us what kind of donuts they had she told us that we had to come inside so we did and nobody took our order they all turned their backs towards us. WE DEFINITELY WONT BE BACK EVER AGAIN!
