South Hadley dunkin in the afternoon after 2pm continually gives me Luke warm coffee that is not as hot as my tap water at home Dunkin' you should give me a 20 gift card because this has happened at least 8 times in 2 months, the morning crew at that location always knows my order and even prepares it before I order most days. (never not hot with morning crew) Tired of wasting now over 3 dollars on Luke warm coffee, whish the original owner never sold out to the crappy corporation who bought them. price was better, products were better and employees were better.
Dunkin will not give my daughter 1 day off to attend her Retired Police Officer Grandfather's funeral because the public getting a breakfast sandwich is that important.
Charged 65 dollars for 16.63 dollars worth of coffee that was never made and never received by the Dunkin store I ordered through through the app. Thought charges would drop off since they were pending and nope , Dunkin kept my money . Now waiting for a resolution but Dunkin is asking to see a receipt when I very clearly explained there’s no receipt because Dunkin store never received my order I was just charged even though it said payment failed .
Love me some Dunkin’ but are employees purposely trained not to put napkins in bags for drive-thru orders?
I know that Donuts was scrubbed from your name, but I didn't know you would also scrub the quality. I ordered 2 jelly donuts today, neither of them had more than half a teaspoon of jelly. Do better.
I was at a Dunkin in Eerie PA and asked for less ice. The guy took it upon himself to give me less product. If he thought I was trying to scam free coffee I could have just used my 800 points and gotten for free.
Took flipping over an hour for 2 sandwiches. Look elsewhere for your breakfast.

Inside of great wolf lodge and originally ordered thru their great wolf app (not available via mobile ordering via dunkins app). Ordered breakfast around 7am and was expecting 35-45 min wait. Was unable to order donuts or munchkins via app and had to do it in store at kiosk (only one kiosk inside but 3 kiosks outside store) which wasn't busy. Food ready in 5-10 mins. Not as much variety as other dunkins but sufficient and adequate. Fyi there is a separate dunkin food stand with some grab and go, donuts and munchkins that had no wait. Overall very quick service. Update: line get long around 8am

The worst experience. Had to wait 45 mins for one sandwich. And it was cold. One person making sandwiches one at a time. Going to a sit down restaurant would have been faster.
Ordered via GWL app. Order was ready quickly and the staff was nice.

The online order is AWFUL! I cannot order anything and it’s very complicated! It was perfectly fine just the way it was before! Why did you have to change it and make everything SO specific! It should be optional to click “less, normal, extra” amount instead of clicking numbers! And I tried to order an ice coffee but it wouldn’t let me and when I went down to order, they allowed me to get it so it’s not like it’s out of stock! Change the website back to the way it was before! It was JUST fine! Now it’s inoperable! Very upsetting

The online said they were open until 4:45 but the employee closed the orders at 4:30. There was no line or excess amount of customers just lazy

The way one orders here is terrible. I see what they were trying to do and I am sure it looked good on paper, but in practice, it simply does not work. The way it works is that you order everything from a kiosk and then go into the store to pick up your order. In the case of doughnuts, that system does not work well. It is difficult to choose doughnuts from a textual interface. People generally like to look at the doughnuts and then choose from what they see. The kiosk removes the ability to do that and also makes it difficult to update the inventory based on which doughnuts the workers actually made that morning. So, instead of the customer saying “I want a dozen doughnuts” and then being able to visually choose their food, they must pick from a list of doughnuts they can’t see. On the worker side, they make doughnuts and then they have to update the database with textual descriptions of what they actually made that morning. This system was poorly designed for everyone, the customer and the worker.
