Folks behind the counter fid fine. The issue is the ordering process. I had to use the kiosk snd all I wanted was two coffees. The process was overly complex and the options weren’t clear. They also don’t open till 0630. I’ll go down the road to Wawa next time.

The Weston Dunkin’ Donuts the young lady was taking my aunt and I ‘s order and then she didn’t tell us what kind of donuts they had she told us that we had to come inside so we did and nobody took our order they all turned their backs towards us. WE DEFINITELY WONT BE BACK EVER AGAIN!

Mobile ordered a hot black coffee and 6 donuts. I sent my husband to pick up and he calls me and says he has 2 refreshers, I asked him to turnaround and get the proper order, after the girl told him he was wrong, he came home with a iced Carmel latte and a blueberry refresher and 2 smashed donuts with someone else’s name on them. Of course I tried to call and was met with a young lady stressed out of her mind. Telling me she can’t deal with this and to come back in and get what you want. DD I’m done ✔️

This location seems to charge double the price for the same items that you can get at any Dunkin’ Donuts. They charge for flavors which are free anywhere else. Employees are also completely disinterested in helping people. I was told they are out of oat milk and they will cancel my order. I went to an ice cream shop and an employee said it was very strange they would not just get oat milk from him, so he literally walked over and handed them oat milk. It’s literally 30 steps but Dunkin’ Donuts employees would not make an effort to restock on oat milk and just cancelling people orders. What a shame, Dunkin!

The service was horrible. The workers didn't seem to care or was in a hurry to fix or finish food. To get people in and out of the store. The food was cold. The drinks was watery. They was out so much stuff. I cant understand how they was still operating with limit items they was allowing people to still order that wasn't there. So many Flies in there. I waiting 2 hours for my food. I asked for a refund. They was slow to do that too. I would not recommend at all.

This Dunkin’ is in a really nice location. The service is very slow though. It took me 20 MINUTES to get food. The kiosks were a smart idea, as it helped with the lines but not by much. The food was good. I personally recommend the blueberry munchkins, which were really good. The Boston crème donuts were ok… not as great as Krispy Kreme. The cheese and egg breakfast sandwich was nice, but could use a little salt. Finally, the hash browns were really good, coming in bites which made sharing a packet easier.

The regular medium-sized coffee here is about 31% more expensive than at the nearby Dunkin’. Since this Dunkin’ is inside the Lodge, it tends to be very crowded. The coffee I got wasn’t hot enough, and even the replacement cup wasn’t much better. The next morning, I went to the Wawa just half a mile away and finally got a proper cup of hot coffee.

South Hadley dunkin in the afternoon after 2pm continually gives me Luke warm coffee that is not as hot as my tap water at home Dunkin' you should give me a 20 gift card because this has happened at least 8 times in 2 months, the morning crew at that location always knows my order and even prepares it before I order most days. (never not hot with morning crew) Tired of wasting now over 3 dollars on Luke warm coffee, whish the original owner never sold out to the crappy corporation who bought them. price was better, products were better and employees were better.

Charged 65 dollars for 16.63 dollars worth of coffee that was never made and never received by the Dunkin store I ordered through through the app. Thought charges would drop off since they were pending and nope , Dunkin kept my money . Now waiting for a resolution but Dunkin is asking to see a receipt when I very clearly explained there’s no receipt because Dunkin store never received my order I was just charged even though it said payment failed .
