The worst experience. Had to wait 45 mins for one sandwich. And it was cold. One person making sandwiches one at a time. Going to a sit down restaurant would have been faster.

The online order is AWFUL! I cannot order anything and it’s very complicated! It was perfectly fine just the way it was before! Why did you have to change it and make everything SO specific! It should be optional to click “less, normal, extra” amount instead of clicking numbers! And I tried to order an ice coffee but it wouldn’t let me and when I went down to order, they allowed me to get it so it’s not like it’s out of stock! Change the website back to the way it was before! It was JUST fine! Now it’s inoperable! Very upsetting

The way one orders here is terrible. I see what they were trying to do and I am sure it looked good on paper, but in practice, it simply does not work. The way it works is that you order everything from a kiosk and then go into the store to pick up your order. In the case of doughnuts, that system does not work well. It is difficult to choose doughnuts from a textual interface. People generally like to look at the doughnuts and then choose from what they see. The kiosk removes the ability to do that and also makes it difficult to update the inventory based on which doughnuts the workers actually made that morning. So, instead of the customer saying “I want a dozen doughnuts” and then being able to visually choose their food, they must pick from a list of doughnuts they can’t see. On the worker side, they make doughnuts and then they have to update the database with textual descriptions of what they actually made that morning. This system was poorly designed for everyone, the customer and the worker.

Basic Dunkin in the GWL. The prices are little steep compared to a normal Dunkin. It you are doing a big order than take the trip to the offsite Dunkin. It is across the arcade so it can be loud. We grabbed our drink took it to our room for peace and quiet.

Awful. Kiosk & mobile ordering down. Hugr lines. You can literally drive to another Dunkin and come back to save time and money.

Dunkin at Great wolf Lodge was a disappointment.They need to have better service here. They force you to use the outside kiosk but the kiosk does not have what is on their menu. Then after you order there is no paper in the receipt machine. Staff are unhelpful.Great Wolf should hold dunkin to higher standards at their facility.

This sucks. Way too crowded with no line management. Organized like a mob and I’m looking at everyone pulling on their hair to figure out what is going on. FOOD: they have a ‘skip the line’ machine to order online, but it’s missing half the menu you can see inside. Who does that? You can’t add program the whole menu onto your app in 2023??? My kids are super happy to not get what they want from the big board menu. ?

The only “edible” items from this place are the donuts. Everything else looked and tasted bad including drinks.Latte: room temperature warm and watery, croissants: burned and gooey, grilled cheese: dry as a rock, especially the edges…(do they make it in a microwave instead of a press?), bagels: hard as rocks, lemonade: so sour that I had to add 5 packets of sugar to a medium one to make it drinkable.Online ordering is a plus so you can order ahead and not wait for an hour in the hallway.

Like any other Dunkin. Service is fast and food and coffee are of expected quality.I took away one star because the digital kiosk and the Dunkin app didn't work while I visited.
