My family and I had a wonderful authentic German meal at Probst. A German accordion player plied us with German music throughout our meal. The meal, attested to by all, was outstanding. The best part though was our waitress Nancy. Her knowledge of the beers and food was beyond expectations. No doubt we will return.
Renate and Richard are amazing hosts and the food is excellent, authentic, do not miss the chance to experience Germany without the jetlag.

While the food is good and reminds some of their time in Germany, it may not be as authentic as guest houses in Germany, but it is still a close second.
