Had dinner Friday evening with some old friends and it was excellent, as it always is. The food continues to remind me of my years in Germany (Army, West Berlin, '72-'75) and the service was friendly and professional. If you love German food (and genuine German bier!!) stop in.
Overall rating 3.8. Bartender waitress does a good job. Food not as good as guest houses in Germany but the next best thing. I have had the huntsmen schnitzel, and goulash, both with spatzel. Schnitzel my favorite goulash didn’t hit the mark but was 2 meals ate all of it. Good beer!
Outstanding food and excellent service for a large group on a crowded and busy Saturday evening. The Spaetzle (must have lots of gravy) is fantastic, good potatoe salad, and KILLER sauerkraut. Well worth the drive.
