I was there 12/28 in the afternoon. They were so understaffed. 1 female employee stepped up and managed everything. So many people would have walked off a job for this and I wouldn’t have blamed her. She was making all the orders herself. To her absolute credit she went above and beyond to provide for a crowd of people including annoyed customers, with poise and professionalism.

Wish I had read these reviews as they are not exaggerating about the poor service. Sign says to order at kiosk (there are two) or the at the counter. Place was not busy at all so headed to the counter. Was basically yelled at by one of the two wenches to use the kiosk.

Burger are ok. But the staff .. They made a mistake in my order. I got french fries instead of salad. Not a bid deal .. But when i went to change it, the woman start an argue like "No you didn't order a salad, you order a fries .." (i skip the argue) and then i said to her to check the order again. She finally put her eyes on the order again, and saw the salad. She took the fries she put in my bag and throw em in the trash (what a waste, she could leave it to me), and made me a salad. So i got my salad, but no apologies, and what an attitude. When you're wrong, just say sorry, and even if you were right, it's not an attitude you should have in front of customers.

Great friendly people enjoyed the relaxing time u can eat n then get in a massage chair n just take a nap if ur in a long drive or just need some shut eye

Staff not wearing hair nets. Most with masks fully off their faces. Are there no pandemic rules at Wendys?? Going to report to department of health as well

Frustratingly slow service, I waited 30 mins before giving up and walking out empty handed. They handed out only two meals during that 30 minutes, both orders were messed up and wrong numbers called out...
Doesn't take cash for payment. Only 1 employee working took almost 9 minutes to get my order for one.

They can’t staff this location properly- took more than 30 minutes to get my food because they only had two people. You’re much better off getting off the highway and going somewhere else. You’ll pay less too.
