The food is very good and also the customer service is excellent
About a year ago, I had a horrible experience with the staff at this establishment. Today, I returned to try again. I must say this place has completely changed. The cashier was super nice to me.
We had a delicious California and Italian sanwiches. The food was good, the place was cozy, and the staff was friendly and courteous at all times.
I'll say it was a great idea to give it another chance. I hope they continue like this, and thank you so much for such delicious food.
This is a cute little deli shop with great service and cozy little nook to seat and eat. The bread is super fresh, and the meat and veggie quality is great. The staffs are super friendly and the store is very clean and neat. Nice little touches on chalk board and banana gram tiles while you wait for your delicious sandwich. I loved they used little wooden board instead of a dish or plate. If you dont finish your sandwich, the staff kindly wrap it for you as well. This was our first time visiting, but this place quickly became our favorite deli!
I just ordered from Capo and have them saved as a favorite. Shortly after my order was placed I received a courtesy call ensuring all the toppings were correct; they were. I’m now enjoying the most authentic Italian sub. The sesame seed roll absolutely makes the Italian Sub.
Edit to this review. We asked for the owner to reach out to us. He did immediately and was more than accommodating. We hope he can get his issues with accuracy resolved. The food is very good. It’s just frustrating when you don’t get what you order.
This is the third time we have ordered from Capo through Uber Eats. Each time we ordered it comes wrong. It’s really frustrating. Tried to call and speak to a manager and the person I spoke to could not understand my issue.
I really like the subs also they have change their staff and they are really nice.
I decided to try the restaurant, it's one of the best sandwiches I've ever tried, I ordered a fontina and it was so fresh and with so much flavor, my kids asked for a meatball and a California and they both fell in love, in addition, the cashier was super friendly and helpful, clearly we will return, thank you very much for the service.
I was so excited to try Capo and had hoped that I would not have the same experience as many other reviewers. Unfortunately, the two subs I ordered were incorrect. My sub’s topping requests were not followed. Worse, my friend’s chicken cheesesteak came with beef instead, which he cannot eat. A waste of $40 and a disappointing first (and perhaps last) experience at Capo. Worst of all, Grubhub will not refund my money.
The food is good but it doesn’t matter if you have the best food in the world if half of your orders are made incorrectly because the staff is incompetent.
Whoever owns this branch clearly has no idea how to run a business, let alone a deli, because every single checkbox of “things to avoid at all costs” is checked.
No owner involvement, no manager on site, the staff clearly do not give a crap, and since nobody cares enough to do their job, this restaurant is an abysmal failure.
Every time I go I have a negative experience with their staff. The food quality varies from mediocre to very good depending on who is working in the kitchen that day.
Look at the other reviews and the picture becomes clear - the food is good, but poor quality staff and management has driven this business into the ground.
Also as an aside, their prices have been jacked up a ridiculous amount in the span of less than a year. $15.89 for a half sandwich. No pickle spear, no chips, no drink. Just a measly half sandwich the size of your palm.
Should have known better than to get a Cubano sandwich at an Italian deli. OK bread, but the meat they used was assuredly not roast pork, but simply deli ham. And for 15 dollars, not a lot of it. Will likely not go back.

Nothing is more frustrating than having food delivered, only to find out they got the order wrong. I ordered the Capo Special without onions, but the sandwich came absolutely loaded with onions, as if I ordered extra onions. I've requested a refund from Uber Eats, but I'm out over $10 with tip. Pretty disappointing.
I've been able to eat sandwiches here for a long time and I must say they're the best by far, today I tried the chicken fontina and it was amazing.
The register was on the phone the whole time
We ordered from this place and they got our order completely wrong. We ordered a meatball sub. We got eggplant Parmesan. We ordered another sub with no cheese and it came with cheese. We called the place and the lady we spoke to was rude and tried to argue with us, and when we asked for a replacement, she asked if we had eaten the food already and we had said no, and she was combative and tried to argue that it was our fault for the issue, but we had ordered online and the receipt we had received from the deli had our correct order. She then hung up the phone on us. We then called back to see what could we do because we couldn’t eat our sandwiches and we were told that they would make a replacement for us and they hung up the phone. when our replacement didn’t arrive by the time they were about to close we called again and the same lady we spoke to just laughed and said “it happens” And that they thought we would come pick it up even though we had paid for a delivery to begin with and she had not indicated to use that we were suppose to come pick this up and said that they would just hold our order and we could pick it up tomorrow. The service was completely rude. We’ve eaten here so many times and we’re so disappointed because all of our other experiences have been great and this lady made the experience so horrible and we never got our replacement food and it’s not worth us going all the way to the deli tomorrow to grab food that they made tonight. so disappointed by the customer service because this could’ve been easily taken care of
