This branch has been a hit or miss for me. My first two or three visits were great—the food was fresh and the service was professional. However, more recently, the quality has noticeably declined. The rice has sometimes been undercooked, which really affects the meal experience. While I appreciate the convenience, the inconsistency in quality makes it hard to fully recommend this branch.

I went to the Chipotle at Potomac River rd many times. The food is consistently fresh and generous and delicious I met the manager Paola there, and she did a great job serving the food and the customer and services. Way to go !!

I ordered a bowl - double everything. The person serving me was cold and refused to give me even a single serving when I asked for a double. The result was an 18$ chipotle bowl that was the most sad and flat I have ever seen. The person serving me took meat OUT OF my bowl, after she put it in. Absolutely horrible food.

I usually love Chipotle, but this time I was really disappointed. I ordered a burrito with barbacoa and sour cream, and the portions were incredibly skimpy. There was barely any barbacoa, and they were very stingy with the sour cream as well. For the price I’m paying, I expect better portion sizes. It just didn’t hit the spot like it normally does. Hopefully, they improve on their serving sizes because this was not worth it.

I've been here many times over years, but recently it's gone downhill. Just went later at night, with only one other person waiting and the guy taking my order was rushing and messing it up. He went and put the wrong toppings without waiting for me to say what I wanted and was slopping the food everywhere. Before my order, he was unable to wrap a burrito properly. I also discovered when I got home that he way overfilled my bowl and didn't put the lid on properly and now my car passenger seat is covered in meat drippings

Our meals were literally inedible. The chicken was so salty we had to throw it out and eat elsewhere.

This Chipotle is so poorly run, organized and managed. There is no sense in ordering ahead; you could get your meal faster just walking in and ordering in the line. Most of the time, our online orders are wrong. They never seem to have the Blackberry Izzys in stock any more, and the ice machine has been broken for weeks. I watched the crew throw trash over their shoulders as they checked people out at the cash register - receipts, bags in their way, tossing things all over the floor. The store is not clean, the bathrooms aren’t clean. The only reason I can think of that these guys can stay in business is because the location keeps people coming in.

Recently service at this location has gone downhill. Two weeks ago, my wife was told there was no more chips for the kid’s meal she ordered. She clearly saw big bags of chips behind the counter. She asked if they could just transfer a portion from the big bag to a smaller bag, they just flat out refused.
Yesterday I ordered online two bags of chips together with other items. After picking up and arriving home did we noticed that we were given two kid sized bags. So we had to drive back to the store and spoke to the store manger. We showed her the receipt and the two small bags of chips. She was not a bit apologetic and just rudely asked what we want her to do.
Poor management and poor training throughout the entire store. Corporate better pay attention to this store and if other store performance are the same, Chipotle is doomed.
Last 4 times I’ve been there has been a pile of chips behind the register and they told me there’s no chips. Pretty disappointing. Dying for chips and gauc. Haven’t been able to get it in a long time.
