I was a bit surprised that there were not many people between 7-9 pm and felt rushed to leave 8-8:30. Perhaps I come another night for a quick drink but a little earlier with my girl friends.

Iāve never had Colada coffee before and heard it was really good so I tried it out. Had it deliver to. I got the cafe con leche and the blue matcha drink. The cafe con leche was okay, nothing special. The blue matcha tasted like straight up milk, not something that I would order again. Perks is if you want a pretty drink, you got it. Would try this place again but maybe Iāll order another drink to try!

So this is my second time here and I went for the Cuban sandwich as a piƱa colada. Iām not sure why I keep coming back because the first time we came here the food was awful. But I said, let me give it a try. Maybe itās also because Iām comparing it to a Cuban place in the airport of Orlando, which is amazing. The Cuban sandwich itself I felt like the bread wasnāt crispy or toasted enough. It was very oily and greasy overall and just didnāt have that flavor that I was looking for. As well, I decided hey itās Friday. Let me try a piƱa colada. It has so much alcohol in it that I couldnāt even drink half of it. It was also very expensive two sandwiches one to go for my partner, my sandwich and a drink, and it came out to like 60 bucks not worth it

Absolutely love the Cuban sandwich here and their flavored iced teas. Don't love the 4% service fee - just raise your prices! I also don't like tipping places like this where you do all the work except bringing the food out on a tray. Today they brought the food first and drinks a few minutes later. And no refill on the iced tea. Really like the food but I'll go somewhere else next time.

I have been here more than once and it is a nice spot in terms of atmosphere. However, my most recent visit was very disappointing. The staff was not friendly. They were unable (or unwilling?) to answer basic questions regarding ingredients in some of their menu items to accommodate a vegan diet. They messed up our orders, which wasn't a big deal, but appeared put out when we requested that they correct them. The food is overpriced for what it is. Be prepared for 5 fries (if you are lucky) when you order the Yuca fries. The best thing about the menu is the beverages, particularly the coffee ones. If you are vegan, be prepared for very slim options and little to no willingness on the part of the staff to offer modifications on the menu. Probably will not go back after our most recent experience.

First the rude server threw the straw to my table and then when I asked for a decaf coffee, they gave me regular one. How lucky they are that caffeine cannot give anaphylactic attacks. I had a horrible night thanks to this negligent baristas.

Service is so bad, the worst I have ever seen in years. One of the clerks brought me the wrong coffee, never apologized, when she came back she literally threw the correct one on my table, it has a lid so didnāt spill out. I was waiting for my friend so I donāt want to ruin my mood. I didnāt call the manager because I think leaving a one star review is more effective.
Great food and friendly service with plenty of seating both inside and out! It's a bit pricey but the food quality more than makes up for it.
The food here is excellent. I've had the cuban, the santiago bowl, and the empanadas which were all excellent. The variety and changing menu during the seasons is a nice touch. For drinks, they have a good selection of cafes and smoothies along with cocktails. The miami sunset and mojitos are worth trying!
Parking: It's a free lot out front but the parking center tends to be busy and can be hard to find a spot in front of the shop.
There are four women behind the counter today and they are too busy talking to each other to make three coffees. They made mine (no one else here but me) then sat them on the counter and didnāt tell me they were ready. When I asked if they were mine, I had to tell them I ordered iced and they had to remake them. Just could not care less. Wonāt come back.

Loved checking this place out for the first time. We tried a little bit of everything and we were happy. The beef empanada, cuban sandwich, plantain chips and guava pastries were so good! I tried the guava and lime spritzer wasn't a fan as this would have tasted better as just a juice. We had the best customer service from Jarvis our server. He was so kind and attentive the whole time. We would come back for sure. Thank you, Jarvis!
