This company stole my money. I ordered through the app and the order went to the store in Potomac MD instead of Clarendon Arlington VA. I called and they refused to give me a refund and referred me to the app instead.??Yet the app requires a receipt to issue the refund and since I am very far way from the store I could not have the receipt and therefore I had to dispute the transaction with my bank. I explained this to the Clarendon store in person but the best solution was to pay for the food again at then try to dispute it with the app. These people are a robbery. I usually do not write reviews but this time I have the duty to spread the word. ROBBERY NOT TRUSWORTHY.
No complaints about food. Its delicious every time After Ole left, service has been nothing disappointing. Every single time items are missing, wrongly prepared or something else. We still come here for delicious food almost every weekend. Cuban sandwich is still.my favorite around DMV area.
