40 mins to deliver the pizza and it was lukewarm. Gave the driver $20 for a $16 bill and he started to walk away. I asked for my change and he said, “No Tip?” I told him how long it took to arrive and that I was not happy. No apology or any remorse for being late. When I did tip him he gave me the most incredulous look. Poor customer service. Even when orders are delayed, the manager is understanding and offers discounts. Overall, the pizza is consistently great and enjoyed by many.
