This is the best Domino's in the area. I thought they were all the same until I tried some other dominos. Food is always good. Orders are always accurate. People are always friendly.

I used to order from here all the time. There was a guy with a hat who always made the food really well. But recently, a young guy and a rude girl started working at this location, and they don’t listen to customers at all. They don’t make orders correctly, and if you try to complain, they rudely tell you to order from somewhere else. I even saw them making pizza without gloves multiple times. After years of ordering from here, I’m never coming back.

I ordered my dominos order online for 5:30pm Super Bowl gameday. The staff were clearly busy making pizzas and my order was delayed 30 minutes. The manager took a lot off my bill and was extremely understanding of the situation. Their pizza is always great and my party loved it.

They are awful here. I cannot afford to tip On top of the delivery fee of 5.99 but am extremely hungry for food just because so they were two hours late and gave me a messed up pizza with the wrong ingredients sauce not in the middle only near the edge. Forgot my drink. It obviously threw it because my pizza Was folded on itself and a few pieces just randomly across the box

I recently had the misfortune of ordering at dominos travilah, and I must say, it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I had heard mixed reviews about the place, but decided to give it a chance anyway. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst pizza experience I have ever had.
First and foremost, the service was incredibly slow and unprofessional. A employee was smoking Marijuana infront of the store. It also took forever for the other employee to take our order, and even longer for the food to be made. We had to constantly remind the staff about our order, and when the pizzas finally was finished the pizza was wrong and unappealing and clearly rushed. It was evident that the owner & staff had no regard for quality or presentation.
Speaking of quality, the pizza itself was a complete disappointment. The crust was undercooked and doughy, lacking the desired crispness. The toppings were sparse and poorly distributed, leaving some slices with barely any toppings or flavor. The cheese was bland and tasted like it had been sitting out for too long. It was evident that little care or attention was put into the preparation of the food.
Furthermore, the ambiance of the restaurant was far from pleasant. The tables were dirty, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The noise level was also quite high, they were playing loud explicit music making it difficult to hold a conversation. It felt like a chaotic and disorganized environment, which only added to the negative experience.
In conclusion, I would strongly advise against dining or ordering at Dominos travilah. The slow service, lackluster food, poor cleanliness, make it a truly terrible pizza place. Save yourself the disappointment and find a better option elsewhere.

On Sunday I had food delivered. It was my second time ordering from them. The first time was great. Food was very fresh, and the person on the phone was very friendly, and polite. The driver also was very good. This time I had the same experience with the person on the phone and the food also. I am handicap and have problems walking. I live on the second floor, and I have to let people in which means I have to go down and back up two flights of stairs. When the driver came nothing would do he insisted that he would bring my food upstairs. He was even concerned about me getting up the stairs safely. I have never had such wonderful service. I highly recommend them. ?

I ordered 8-piece wings and they gave me all drumsticks and no flats. As a former Dominos Employee, they are supposed to give you half drumsticks and half flats. It is all in the recipes of how to make everything. Funny thing is, the store is packed with like 12 + employees and they can't even make an order of 8 wings correctly. What a joke of a store.

This store has rats. Ask the manager to look in the back at the door next to the reach in refrigerator. The rats go on top of the food. This store is contaminated with a bunch of rat poop in the food and on top of your pizza. I highly recommend no eating here or placing an order. I will be calling the food department of health to look into this
