They are basically Stealing your money by putting three-quarter of the cup of ice in your icy drinks. And when I ask them to put less ice, they gave me an icy milk and the guy told me that the drinks are too expensive to completed your drinks with less ice , we have to add ice to it. He said that you fat , what you deserve. I told him that just wanted less ice but I still ordered what it is on the menu. He tilde me it is what it is I can’t give you what you have asked me , they are to expensive. Also he tells that I paid $180.00 per patch for these drink . I have to fill up cups with ice . Guys I am tell you . He needs to learn his lesson. Don’t go to this store.

Been coming here for about 10 years , and the food and service is always good but man this management they have here now someone call labor board and the better business bureau!!!! This dude is straight up losing his mind yelling at the 2 ladies today while in a busy store yelling but not helping out is crazy. Power trip much honestly since this new management came in this store has gone down hill and the turn over of employees shows how bad management is but I guess if you want breakfast with animosity this is the place to go

Not the best experience. I’m at Dunkin 3-5x a week and this one is just sub par. The apple pies were not heated and the dunkalatte was made with table sugar not the syrup. I would have given ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️except the guy made me feel like I did something wrong. Saying that’s how they are always made. Maybe at this location but, this is the first time either has happened. Maybe he’s not trained enough or doesn’t care or just having a really bad day, which we are all allowed every once in a while. Just my .02…
**Edit - Now that I’ve sat here for a few, multiple ppl have brought up drinks to be “fixed”. So, it’s not just me.

This Dunkin’ is absolutely the worst. I don’t know what’s going on back there, but they mess up my order every single time. It’s not even complicated! I’m beyond tired of wasting my money and patience. The staff clearly doesn’t care, and the quality shows. Do better—or just shut this location down. unfortunately I went into your location to get some donut holes. the lady that helped me was OK she just was confused what donut holes are. After ringing me up for 1 dozen donuts $18 something, while paying cash I contested the transaction. eventually she rang me up for a 20 count donut 🍩.I did get a $6 discount, I should have said munchins??
