Don’t ever order a promotion from the mobile app. They won’t have it. At 8am on a Sunday they had no more almond croissants. I had to settle for a day old croissant instead. This has happened to us several times and the server will give you something else (like a donut or in my case today, a stale croissant).
Also, 100% agree with another reviewer that the women that work there are very friendly. The man that I dealt with this morning was just unpleasant and defensive.

In my opinion both of these lady (indian) ( spanish ) need to get fired , just went in to place an order and both of these ladies arguing over who does what , not just that the Indian lady came up to attend me once attending me she told me to hurry up because shes busy so disrespectful. THIS PLACE DESERVES BETTER EMPLOYEE SPECIALLY IN THIS AREA! NO STARS!

Racism still exists with this Dunkin Donuts returned my hard crusty donut did not leave the restaurant requested a new one and he threatened to call the police on me because I wanted my money back, he said you must not be from around here! Disgusting! They do not believe in fresh food and they do not believe in good customer service at all! Be aware!

Purchased a dozen donuts Easter morning and more than 1/2 were stale. Hard a rock!
The manager should be ashamed of the condition of the restaurant and restrooms. Filthy. The bathroom was filthy. I had to clean my own table and chairs with wipes and the wipe turned dark gray. Dirt. Floors dirty too.

For the avocado toast. We pay $1.3 extra to add on bacon is only for this few pieces. We ordered this in other stores before. Never been like this. I talk to the staff. They said this is how they do it and refuse to add more. Will never come back to this location again.

I have never written a bad review and this is the first time I feel strongly about writing one. The coffee I buy at other places has the aroma of coffee beans, but every time I buy it from this place, I regret it every time. Moreover, I reported to the staff that there was no coffee aroma like water. The staff just tried to deal with it by saying to change it to a different cup, but in the end, they just gave me the original cup just to show off. But on more than one occasion, the coffee at this place really sucked.
