I was so
Mistreated today that I had to put a review. I was there this morning g with a friend of mine and we asked for 2 cappuccinos. I asked the young man at the register if he could bring out drinks outside since it was a nice day to be outdoor. The girl behind the counter, Paula, said that they don’t do that and we had to wait inside to get our drinks. A customer then got up and said that he got his drink taken to him outside. Then Paula said that it is based on asking. Then my friend and I told the guy behind the register if he could bring our drinks outside and we were once again told that he wouldn’t. I specifically asked for almond milk but I think they used regular milk and I have been sick for two hours. These two young people are not trained to be professionals and they are extremely rude. The girl was laughing the whole time that we were talking to the guy behind the register. I asked for their boss and Paula said that she was the boss. They were very mean and that’s not acceptable. .

came here a month ago and they said they aren’t making milkshakes right now, stopped in again today and they still aren’t making them and they don’t know when they will start… maybe remove it from the menu?

Filicori Zecchini has become one of my go-to coffee shops for years now, and it never disappoints. It’s located in a beautiful, clean area, and the atmosphere inside is just as welcoming. The coffee is always rich, smooth, and full of flavor—honestly some of the best I’ve had.

It does get a little busy at times, but I actually love that energy. I usually come here to relax, take a break, or get some work done on my laptop. It’s the perfect balance of lively and cozy.

For $7.50 w tip latte, tastes like the airport ..

I think I caught them on a bad day, but even still I wouldn't go out of my way to come back. After waiting 15 min or so (after waiting 10 min in line), I had to ask about my drink when I saw others who had ordered after me getting served. And ultimately, my cappuccino was bitter. I've seen others' reviews about the cute atmosphere... must just not be my thing because I didn't find it cozy at all, pretty unremarkable.
