Gregorio's Trattoria

I asked to be moved to a booth after being seated next to the wait station and kitchen door and they made a point of accommodating us. Sitting in a booth was much more pleasant. Thank you!

The restaurant is similar to the one at Park Potomac. Except for the following: They don't have flowers on the table. The parking is not that great. And it's smaller. But it's a great place to eat and I enjoy myself. Thank you

I had not been back to Gregorios for a number of months. The food had been just ok & the service was always terribly slow. However, with this visit I w=saw a marked change. Service was excellent & the food was very good. 2 different gentlemen came over to check on us. We'll definitely go back.

Was surprised it was so busy this early (5:30) glad I made reservations ! All good Food very plentiful have enough for a second meal Gelato very tasty Will return again

Gregorio's in Cabin John is like going to Cheers with very good homestyle Italian Food, and people you know. The owners walk around greeting everyone and they remember you. It like a joint from back home in NJ.

Gregorio's delivers outstanding dishes and service in an extremely friendly and homey type atmosphere. The food is quality every visit and priced right. Good people, good food, and good times. You cant go wrong and their team is professional and fun and thats why you will come back again and again. 40 minute drove for us and worth every mile. Joe

Gregorio's was very busy last evening. We choose to take outdoor seating rather than wait for a table indoors. Food and service was very good as always but the ambience in the cafe space was not as intimate as the primary dining room.

it was very loud and the service was sporadic. the food was good. i booked a reservation and we arrived 10 minutes early and the table was still being prepared 10 minutes after the reservation time. my sister and i are gluten free and we were concerned that the waiter did not input the food correctly because he was so rushed but we did receive gluten free pasta dishes so that was good. it was very obvious that the pasta was gluten free, it tasted like they used the barilla brand of pasta. nonetheless good food. if possible i would sit outside, the ambiance isnt the best but its quieter and less chaotic than it is inside.

First, the sound level can only be described as deafening. Even though we had a reservation, they offered us a “high top” in the bar area, which was essentially a table in the waiting area at the front of the restaurant. We said we would like to wait for a table, to which they brought another table and set it directly in the waiting area across the door from the front desk where people queue as they wait, as if our issue was needing a table that was 14 inches shorter as opposed to its location. This place was definitely exceeding maximum occupancy guidelines and needs to remove ~10+ tables so people can enjoy the place.

Sunday Eve, my birthday. Lovely waiter. Seated right away. We stayed til closing chatting, no pressure to leave. Food—EXCELLENT. Bread sticks with delicious marinara dip, Veal saltimbocca, Gregorio salad with chicken, shrimp fea diavolo, whole grilled branzino. Too full for dessert. Definitely going back!

The electricity went off just as I was about to pay. Del, the maître d, took my credit card# and called me later to finish the transaction. He removed the dessert charge for inconvenience. It was a good experience.

The Caesar salad never disappoints, and the salmon rose is always delicious. While it's not on the menu, I ordered the Chicken Brunello with spaghetti (rather than penne), and it was absolutely scrumptious! Our server offered to put our leftovers in containers for us - a nice touch - and even packaged up our leftover garlic knots and accompanying sauce. A very nice treat for us, highly recommend.

My wife and I enjoyed a very nice lunch at Gregorios. We thoroughly enjoyed the complementary bread sticks and the entree salads. The staff was very friendly and professional.
